Lorie Boughton
Owner
Lorie has lived in the Kingwood area since 1987. She is a mother of two beautiful daughters and has one adorable granddaughter. Her husband is her best friend and biggest fan. Lorie loves pizza and The Office and she spends any free time with her
two German Shepherds and a psychological thriller book.
She has been a photographer since 2013. She has found her passion with boudoir and the empowerment that she helps her clients feel during her sessions. She believes that every single lady that steps foot in her studio will leave feeling more self-confident and even more in love with themselves than before!

Lorie is an award winning, published photographer and has received
over a dozen Portrait Masters Awards.
Now-a-days you can find Lorie behind the computer. She hand-edits every single image and works on the day to day tasks of running the business. She may be the one doing your initial consultation call and she will definitely be the one doing your order appointment and image selection. If you send us a text or email, she is (99% of the time) who you are talking to.

Jess Heuer
Lead Photographer
Jess was born in Oklahoma but quickly became a Texan at heart and has lived in the Houston area since 1999.
​
She is a mother of a beautiful and energetic daughter which is her world. She loves her tattoos, her Aussie (Saige), Golden Doodle (Sundae) and cooking!
​
Jess is Lorie's youngest daughter... So she has trained her whole life with Lorie and has been the lead photographer for years. She is passionate about boudoir photography and loves helping women
bring out their inner-goddess. ​
​
You can see Jess' work on our VIP group as well as on the webpage. She has followed Lorie's process to a 'T' so their images are indistinguishable. Jess has also won several photography awards including several of her own Portrait Masters Awards.

Robin Wilcox
Studio Assistant
Robin joined the Boudoir By Lorie team as the Studio Assistant after experiencing her own Boudoir By Lorie session in 2022! She absolutely fell in love with the process and the end results.
​
While her role is a little bit of everything, her main goal is to help you feel stunning and confident while you are in the studio so you take that power with you when you leave.
​
But while you are in the studio, Robin will be your personal assistant throughout the day! She will demonstrate poses, help with wardrobe, and make sure not a hair is out of place. And anything else that you may need help with!
​
When Robin isn't laughing it up at the studio with Jess, she is DIY-ing her house, planting something new or being a mom to her boys.
Hope Hovan
Hair and Makeup Artist and
Licensed Esthetician
Hi, I am Hope! I am a Houston bon makeup artist and licensed esthetician with a deep love for all things beauty and an even deeper love for Jesus.
​
What began as a childhood passion for painting naturally blossomed into a love for makeup and skincare, leading me to create
my business, Hopeful Beauty.
​
I specialize in soft glam makeup (on all skin colors and types!) and hairstyling. There is nothing I love more than a big, bouncy blowout to complete a boudoir look.
​
For me, beauty is more than skin deep. It is about helping women feel seen, celebrated and confident in who they are, because I believe we were all created with intention and purpose.
​
Outside of the studio, I enjoy giving a variety of services in my salon, such as relaxing facials. While also spending time with my soon-to-be husband, and loving on our two pups- a German Shepherd Shorthaired Pointer and a Rottweiler.
​
Boudoir is a positive experience and I am honored to play a small a part in helping you feel beautiful, inside and out.

Ruby San
Hair and Makeup Artist
Ruby is a sweet-heart through and through! She is happily married to the love of her life and recently welcomed a new bundle of joy!
​
She is also a loving dog mom and a self-proclaimed master organizer.
She will have you laughing and having fun throughout your special day. And when you see the talent that she has with hair and makeup you are going to want her to come do it for you every single day!
